Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 5 days of receiving your purchase.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Once we have received your return item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting it. If a refund is approved, we will notify you and initiate a refund on your credit card (or whatever method of payment was used). You will receive a credit on your card within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Exceptions

Items marked as “final sale” or “no returns” cannot be returned.
Items cannot be returned if they are opened except where there is a manufacturer defect.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

If your item is unopened and you wish to exchange for a different size or colour, please contact us to make arrangements and we will be happy to help.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping is free for all orders delivered in Canada.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
